Pre-Enrollment

2026 - 2027

Our pre-enrollment opens in February and is a 3 step process.

Step 1

Pre-Enrollment Form

The first step is letting us know your intent for Fall.

1. Complete one Pre-Enrollment Form per child on the parent portal.
2. SCT will review your form and notify you once approved.

For returning families that have a NEW sibling, please complete the New Sibling Form. Once that is approved, you’ll be nofitied to complete a pre-enrollment form as well.

Step 2

Pay Enrollment Fee

After SCT has approved your form, the pre-enrollment fee will post to your parent billing account.

1. Once approved, payment for the pre-enrollment form will be requested via email.
2. You may pay this fee via ACH on the parent portal or drop off a check at the office.

Step 3

Complete Signature Form

The last step collects the signatures required to complete pre-enrollment.

1. Once payment has posted to your account, you’ll be emailed a Family Signature Form.
2. This form needs to be printed, initialed, and signed by both parents/guardians.
3. Parents need to schedule an in-person Re-enrollment meeting to submit the signed form.

After these 3 steps, your child is officially enrolled and your spot will be saved for Fall.
